Hayden Barnes is a calm, steady, and trustworthy counselor who works closely with families to weather the challenging financial circumstances they encounter. Hayden limits the number of clients he accepts at any one time in order to give each client the time and attention they deserve.

Raised in Savannah, Georgia, Hayden attended Kennesaw State University and the University of Baltimore School of Law. Hayden married Kimberly in 2011. After their daughter Aubrey was born in 2013 they moved back to Kimberly's hometown of Columbus, Georgia where Hayden launched the Law Office of Hayden Barnes.

Hayden's public service includes work at the local, state, and Federal levels. In law school Hayden completed a legal residency at the Johns Hopkins Children's Hospital medical-legal partnership, reviewed administrative law appeals on behalf of the US Secretary of Agriculture, enforced healthcare regulations on behalf of the Maryland Attorney General, and provided pro bono legal services to community small businesses and non-profits through the law school's Community Development Clinic.

After law school Hayden entered private practice, he briefly served as Staff Counsel to the Georgia State Senate Judiciary Committee during the 2016 Legislative Session, and then launched his own firm. Hayden continues his commitment to public service as the District 8 Representative to the Columbus-Muscogee County Parks and Recreation Board and by accepting referrals of pro bono cases through select organizations.

In addition to several fine families, Hayden has also proudly advised and represented several prominent Georgia businesses, including a number of Fortune 500 companies in state and Federal courts throughout Georgia.

Prior to law Hayden worked as a Paramedic and for Apple, Inc.
